OPTICSRE not connecting to AXS Port

Post by Phgnw8 »

Hi,

Can anyone help pls, I'm trying to setup AXS port for Opticsre, after hub and internet cable connections, I keep getting the error message "The server was unable to locate gateway device
"00-90-EA-E1-02-0D" . Please ensure that the device is connected to the internet and can reach http://obpre.net". I have devises on same router and on the internet, I get a reply when I ping the AXS Port IP address, I've tried configuring static IP in the router for the AXS Port, still same error!!

What are my not doing right?

My RE system: GVFX 3624 and MATE/MATE3/AXS Port with four Surette flooded lead-acid batteries (24V). Deactivated wind turbine. System now acts as UPS back-up. Monitored by WattPlot, of course.

Not sure I can pinpoint your exact issue remotely, but perhaps you can use one of the WattPlot tools to gather information about the connection. WattPlot supports the AXS Port and might tell you where the connection is getting caught up. You can download a free copy from http://WattPlot.com.

Let us know what you discover.
