Radian GS4048A will not turn on

I have a Radian GS4048A , 4000 watts of solar, grid tied, and 9600 watts of battery back up, and a 22 KW backup generator. During last power outage I have to use the Mate 3 to manually use the generator. Old settings were to use batteries through a sub panel. When batteries get low the generator starts but once the batteries are charged the generator stops. I wanted the generator all the time. Now I have the setting back to Auto, but the inverter will not turn on. It flashes on and then goes back to off. So I am not getting any power to the grid or getting the batteries charged. I have discounted the batteries and solar with breakers, and reintroduced the power.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
What is the measured battery voltage across the inverter battery terminals? When you open the upper inverter cover, on the left side circuity, do you see lights on the small top board and by the ribbon cable? IS this system normally set for Grid Tied with sell back? Voltage is 52 volts. I have not removed the cover, but my system is supposed to be set to grid tie and sell back. I unplugged the batteries, filled with water and reconnected batteries. I just looked at SWEPCO and we are now sell power again to SWEPCO. Started about 5 days ago. But the Mate 3 still says inverter off. My back up generator will no longer start automatically.
I can send pictures of all the Mate 3 screens if that will help.

I had a bad battery wire. Cleaned everything up and reset inverter and I am now feeding power back to the grid.

I believe I sent an email. I did get a call from a gentleman from technical support, Thank you. We made some changes and he said I needed to update the Firmware which I did. I would just like to know if the changes we made do what I want without further changes. My Genrac would not start until my batteries went below the threshold setting. We have a subpanel that ran lights and refrigerators for a short period. I want the Genrac to start as soon as we lose power due to household changes no longer run off the batteries first. He called me at 903-276-0411
It may be that the changes just would not take effect until I updated the firmware. Does that sound right?
