Remember I have the flex power two if you look at the wiring diagram that came with the system it
Actually shows my wiring exactly as drawn in the picture. From the combiner box it goes red wire to
the breakers then to charge controllers pv+.
The black wire go from combiner box to the pv-
negative of the charge controllers. It is 3 panels joined together to make 1 array then each array has its own breaker in the combiner box. I put 3 arrays on either side of the combiner box. So in the combiner box I have used 6 breakers total. The combiner box has 2 separate buss bars that go to two separate breakers in the main case of the flex power two then the wires go to the two chargers.

OK. That sounds right. As long as the two arrays' PV+ leads have separate bus bars in the combiner box, it's all good.
I've never seen one with two PV+ bus bars. Would you mind sharing the brand/model?

Hi Raysun
Last question I hope, can I turn the main battery disconnect off and run the inverters for power until all the new batteries are replaced. Or should I shut the whole system off?

The inverters need a battery to power up, and to provide power.
When replacing the battery, the generator can be used to power "house loads". The FlexPower Two has an AC Output Bypass that will permit feeding generator power to the Main Load Panel. Also, disconnect AC Input. Then disconnect PV Input, Battery Status, and Charge Controllers (the latter is the green switch.) Finally disconnect Inverter Main, and the whole system will be shut down.
