Strange characters on screen Mate 2

Hi
I have a mate2 but as you can see on the images it started to display wrong the characters that sometimes is impossible to understand. I rebooted but didnt work. Any idea on how to fix this.

Its likely corrupt firmware or defective hardware. I'm not aware of any user-replaceable parts that will fix the issue.
If it's still under warranty, contact Outback Tech Support for replacement. If out of warranty, likely need to purchase a replacement unit.

I can't guarantee a fix, but you can trying reset the MATE2 to factory defaults. This will erase all of your settings, so make sure you back them up first. To reset the MATE2 to factory defaults, hold down the MENU and ENTER buttons for 10 seconds.
If you've tried all of the above and you're still having problems, you can contact OutBack Power customer support for further assistance.
