Charge controller error lights

My charge controller is has a couple of lights illuminating and is showing an "!" near the charge controller emblem on the Mate3s screen. The fault light is constantly flashing red and the battery light is solid orange. When looking through the events it shows "Arc fault detected on CC-8 and CC-9". I've read that this could be a firmware issue also. Any ideas on the issue?

These are FM100 charge controllers?
I'd recommend contacting Outbach Technical Support regarding this.

Yes, they are both FM100s.
