Hello Everyone,
My mate 3 has been on my network for years now. I use he data as part of my smarthome system. Last week I had some internet issues and when I got that sorted out I realized that my mate 3 is no longer online. Optics does not work and neither does my custom script. I checked the ethernet cable and there does not appear to be an active connection. No light on the router or mate. I tried a different port and a different patch cord. I updated the firmware to the latest and the Ethernet portion of the update failed. The firmware shows at all 0's.
Any suggestion?

If there's no link light on the ethernet port, it sounds like the Ethernet processor module is damaged. If that's the case, unfortunately the only option is to replace the Mate.
