My wife and I planned for this system from day 1 when building our house from scratch as owner-builders. Hardware purchased from ECO DIRECT. We installed the panels and mounting components ourselves. Our electrical team did the rest, including programming and commissioning. Applications to our town and electrical COOP sent on 5/2019. Approval by local COOP took over a year. Commissioned and operational 8/2020. After lurking here for a while, it seems my Skyboxes with 1.5.33 FW are working better than others here. Not perfect mind you, just apparently somewhat less headachy.

My RE system: Outback Radian GS 8048A inverter + load center
Morning Star TriStar MPPT -600Volt charge controller x2
MATE3s display/controller
Solar One HUP lead acid battery - 840 amp hour
4200kw array - twelve, 350 watt SolarWorld monocrystalline panels
MT Solar galvanized, single pole mount for the solar array
Kohler 12RES propane generator
Honda EU6500i gas generator
Note: panels mounted about 600' away hence the high voltage
charge controllers (higher voltage = smaller wire for the long run)

That's a clean looking installation from top to bottom. Well done and thanks for sharing!

thanks guys----only sorry I picked an inverter system with such a short product life.....our old RV had a Magnum inverter from 2010 and the same product is pretty much current to this day.
