MX60 Absorb and Float time not showing on OpticsRE

Post by SLVHermit »

Just got my new Mate3S and I am in awe at the data that is so easily available. Also just signed up for OpticsRE, but am confused. The time in float and absorb show up just fine on the Mate3S, but are both showing as 00:00 for both charge controllers on OpticsRE. Is it a bug, or did I screw up something in configuring opticsRE?

Thanks in advance for help

Likely, it's an issue with the older MX class charge controllers. They don't have the same communication "smarts" or remote configuration ability of the subsequent FlexMax (FM) class controllers.

You might look in the Optics Device Map page, to see how the system lists the MXs. Navigate into their individual configuration pages to get an idea what Optics knows about them.

I'm not sure if it's applicable, but there may be some clues in it.
