Since the OpticsRE update 4.3.2, the charge controller tool-tip may not fit on smaller screens now that it shows absorb and float charge times.

We are working on a fix for this issue.

It was over scanning on the page after OpticsRE came back up today, but is working as it should this evening.

We are currently experiencing an issue that has existed since at least 4.40 and possibly earlier where the Create Account form does not appear to respond after filling out all information.

This is being caused by the Google ReCaptcha component not loading properly when accessing the Create Account form. This issue only appears to be affecting certain browsers.

To work around the issue follow these instructions:

1. Do not use the create account link in the email or from the www.opticsre.com landing page. Instead…
2. Navigate to www.opticsre.com
3. Click Sign In
4. There should be a small Create Account link near the bottom of the form, click that.
5. The form should load with a ReCaptcha “I’m not a robot” check box at the bottom.
6. Fill out all your information and make sure that there is no red error text.
7. Check the “I’m not a robot” check mark and complete the captcha challenge if necessary.
8. Check “I agree to the Terms of Service.”
9. Click Create.

If you do not see the ReCaptcha box, try doing a forced refresh with Ctrl + Shift(Cmd on MAC) + R. Then proceed from Step 6.

We will work on fixing this as quickly as possible and get an update out.

An issue introduced in the 4.4.1 update is causing the SkyBox dashboard graphing component to not properly initialize. This is primarily happening with SkyBox systems that have no battery attached, and their existing battery type set to none.

We will be releasing a fix for this as soon as possible. Possibly sometime early tomorrow.

(Present since OpticsRE 4.4.1) We are aware of an issue where the the new feature for grid outage notifications in the event history, and email alerts, is activating for Off Grid systems.

You can disable receiving these grid outage notifications in your event history by changing your OpticsRE notifications with the following steps:

1. Navigate to your system dashboard.
2. Click the cog wheel in the top right corner.
3. Select Notifications
4. Select "Opt out of status messages from the event history
5. Check Grid outage and Grid outage resolved
6. Select "Save Changes".

Ongoing optimizations to resources may cause timeouts for the next 10 to 30 minutes. There may also be a delays in graphing data appearing. We will continue to provide updates here as the situation changes.

The worst offenders for the timeout issues should be resolved.

There is a backlog of graphing data that is being processed for AXS Port and Mate3 devices. You may notice delays with graphing data appearing for the next hour or two.

Keep up the good work.

I imagine all this back-end corrective maintenance is seriously cutting into the shelter-and-drink-beer-at-home time. Tell the dev guys I said they owe you.

Delays should be resolved but it will take another 15 minutes or so to catch up to live data for all AXS Port and Mate3s systems.

We are performing maintenance to services that may introduce a graphing delay and timeouts over the next couple of hours.

We don't expect extended timeout interruptions to last more than 20 minutes at this time. Graphing delays may take longer to resolve.

We are performing monthly maintenance to services that may introduce a graphing delay and timeouts over the next couple of hours.

We do not expect the major timeouts to last more than 15-30 minutes. Maintenance should last a total of about 2-4 hours.
