Took this diagnostic from another post. It's too good to be buried.

Thanks Greg!

I agree. I saved it to my computer's Outback CC Folder.

Ran test. Not sure how long to let it sit, but after a few minutes, IN=1.2v Out=26.0

I would be concerned the controller is damaged. Time to open a tech support ticket.

Since IN is not zero, try this:
1. Turn on the PV breaker
2. If the IN voltage > OUT voltage:
3. From the main screen, Go to the screen where you will see MISC by pressing the first button
4. Put the arrow on MISC, then press the fourth button (GO)
5. Press the fourth button (RSTRT)

That is triggering a wake-up. If it did not wake-up, call tech support

I just retested that procedure in an MX60. Just the battery breaker on. OUT v is about 80% of IN v. Close enough to 75% ;-)

Oh, by the way, the procedure does not apply to FM100 CC

When I initiate the wake-up on my MX80, it shows 0.0A on in and on out and went straight to snoozing (even though the panel is in full sun). When I switch the PV breaker to off, it slowly decreases to 0V over 10-15 mins. Any idea what could be going on?
