RV Chassis Battery Charge

Post by sanusense »

Howdy board,

Can I charge my RV chassis battery with the Inverter power? Last time when I tried it didn't charge, I want to know is something wrong with my battery or should I opt for a new Inverter???

Not quite understanding the question.

Is the inverter in question a Skybox?
Is the inverter mounted in the RV?
What is the voltage and amp-hour capacity of the battery that is to be charged?

How is the battery to be charged? With the inverter's internal charging circuit? Using the AC output to power an external AC charger?

Please describe the whole inverter system in detail.
