Is there an (approximate) ETA for the 48V version of the FX2000 Inverter?

I would like to add a vote for release of the 48V ASAP, even w/o UL interconnection approval.

Thanks.

We are considering your input and will let you know as soon as we have an answer on the date for the 48 vdc FX units.

We have made a decision to offer the 48 vdc model prior to completing the UL1741 utility interactive approvals. We may offer some fairly soon also without any listing at all due to the demand which is occurring.

Please feel free to contact myself, Marty Spence or Robin Gudgel with your specific needs and application details to get a delivery date for the 48 vdc models from our distributors.

Let me make sure I understand this. If I get the 48V FX2000 prior to the UL1741 Utility Interactive Approvals, would I still have the opportunity in the future to make my system code complient (for interactive use)? Would this be a simple software upgrade? I don't really require interactive now, but would like the option for the future.

Thanks

My understanding is that units will be upgradeable but it will require that the unit be shipped back to factory (IIRC this is regulatory requirement) to get the sticker applied (and I believe some testing is also required).

I was also told there will be a small fee, around $100.
