Thanks, everyone for the feedback and advice.
I've had the new panels and CC in place for about 2 weeks now and spent a fair amount of that time off grid to see how they would fare (and do some setting tweaking).

Here are the specs for my battery packs (I have 2 in parallel)

I've set my Absorb to 56.4v for 0.1 hours and both my float and sell at 55.2v.
This gives me charge voltage of 3.525v and float at 3.45v (16S4P configuration), both will within the safe voltage range for the cells.

I have the GVFX charger disabled and global charge control is set to 70A, but even on a very sunny day, in seeing max combined charge currents of about 58A (or about 0.29C based on the combined max charge rate of 200A). At this point, the batteries seen to be happy staying between 53.1v and 55.8v (except for their brief so at 56.4v).

According to USPS tracking, my FNDC should be delivered tomorrow and my electrician is scheduled to be here Wednesday to install it.

Once it's in place, I'll be able to provide an update on how things are going.

I've set my Absorb to 56.4v for 0.1 hours and both my float and sell at 55.2v.
Make sure your charge controllers are set to grid-tie mode. Setting them to grid-tied will automatically (and "artificially") raise your float setting to the Absorb setpoint, forcing your system to push up against the sell voltage and insuring you'll sell. Described here:

While you're selling in this mode your FM60s will show they are in "Bulk", meaning they're trying to reach Absorb voltage but are being constrained by the sell setpoint.

Thanks, Mike!

I also figured out that I needed to turn off Automatic Charge Termination in the Global Charge Control settings on the Mate3s. Once the batteries were fully charged and I plugged in the FNDC, I was a bit freaked out when the CCs are showing almost no charging in full sun. Once I realized the CCs were showing a status of Charged, I remembered a post I'd read (that I think you'd posted a while back) about turning off ACT. Once I did that, the CCs started charging again.

Now if I can just figure out calibration on the FNDC..

Reposting link I found to another thread with document regarding calibration of FNDC
viewtopic.php?f=28&t=12697&p=56958&hili ... ate#p56958

I'll see how the FNDC does over the next few days against other measurements, but wanted to go ahead and relink it here for future reference.
