Going back to the firmware issue, since grid use is controlled from the Mate, I wonder if not having the latest firmware there could be causing the problem? Seems unlikely since it looks like you have the functionality for grid use...

Fyi, Load grid transfer was disabled for my successful test.

You know this gvfx has worked fine for years so I’ve never bothered with any firmware updates.

No worries, the GVFX firmware isn't field upgradable. Anyway, I doubt that's the reason your grid use isn't working.

I tried setting it up with my VFXRs and it worked, but not sure if that means anything to your GVFXs. I am also grid-tied and set up to sell to grid.

I hate to ask this, but you do have a separate Mate3 for each inverter (GVFX & Radian), right? Because they can't share one. I've never used the grid use function but from what I've read, the secret is in programming the times properly. Can you show us your Mate3 screen with the times displayed?

FWIW, my legacy Tigo app reports power in watts DC at the PV panels, which can be significantly higher than what you see being exported to grid through OpticsRE..
