Again at 9:06pm the voltage dump occurred. Below are the event logs reported by Optics RE.
This time the system was sleeping and the inverter was off.

Something strange started happening this weekend. Yesterday during a low 40w load draw while in float stage the battery voltage dumped from 53.3v down to 51.3v. Thanks guys. I will try setting my Flexnet return amps to 4amps or just above for the next charge cycle.
I was under the assumption that only two of the parameters could be met since two of them terminate the absorb stage.
The End Amps on the FM80 should be set to 0 (zero).

The Charged Return Amps (2% of C20) is typical of LiFePO4 batteries. Watch the end of the charge cycle to make sure its being reached. The easiest way to do that is via the Mate3s Web server. Do all three parameters have to be met or just two of the three, ie, charge voltage and time or charge voltage and end amps? In the first picture of the the dashboard the high voltage is 54.9v as recorded by the Flexnet. This is when the absorb stage started. The setting in the FM80 is 55v due to the deviation in the calibration of the two voltage values. My target charge absorb voltage is 54.8V, but I set the FM80 to 55V...

Thanks sbrownian, much appreciated.
Back to the drawing board. I’ll shut down the FXR, test each panel individually for VOC and rewire the combiner box and CC to ensure proper conduction at connection points. I’ll find a clamp on amp meter and test current before and after the combiner.

Yes, we were considering Starlink and we’re planning on inquiring about availability at our location, but the $830 for the setup gear and $147/month (Canadian $) it’s not an option.

The 23 is rated at 10 amps, so that would be really close to the maximum current for a string.. I suppose you could put it across a combiner breaker, and then open that breaker and see what you get, but 120v is nothing to mess with, and can easily be lethal. (Why I prefer using a DC clamp on..)
