My typical generator use for the past year was less than 2% of my total energy production. In the past week, it has been 33% of my production. The nagging issue still seems to be around the two Radian Battery Negative cables. Maybe we can see a picture of the two cables where they attach at the battery end, and at the respective shunts load ends?

This may be grasping at straws but, earlier you mentioned replacing the shunt with a "larger" one. Could it have a different resistance and need a different software setup? The shunts are all of a fixed A / mV ratio (10A = 1mV). Outback sells a 250A/25mV, 500A/50mV, and 1000A/100mv unit. ...

The PB 1000 should work OK in concert with the FXs.
It's 1kW charging power is just a tickle to the 54kWH battery, it's not likely to drive the battery charge to its termination voltage.
The 1kW adds to the 3.5kW from the FXs to produce 4.5kW, a reasonable charging value however, in the CC phase.

Looks right.

FNDC can be bad, but that's pretty rare. Testing at our user level is a process of isolation and elimination.

With my 2 FXs, I only get 3.4kw from my eU7000.
Exactly, my 2 FXR / EU7000 do the same. A sedate charge session for my battery. Akin to filling the pool with a teacup for yours. 😉

I don't see the SPB-001 programming listed for the PB series, like it is for the NPB series. Even with the latter, I'm less than impressed with their charge profiles. That can be a sign of damage to the case, or leaking electrolyte due to overcharging. Both are not good, especially for AGM batteries where electrolyte loss equals permanent capacity loss. Where's the rest of the power going?
